WebWe have been migrating user mailboxes from our Exchange 2010 on-prem environment to O365 using our Exchange 2013 Hybrid server with good success. We have been making the movies via the portal.office.com site using the Migration wizard in the EAC. I'm going to start moving Rooms and other Resources. WebWhen they were connected, users could not sign into Office 365 OWA because the mailboxes were still onsite (I know this is normal for this setup). Now I have disabled directory sync in office 365 using powershell and removed the temp AD-Connect server. This was done about 2 hours ago.
