Web4y. After latest driver update, my Gainward GTX 1060 3GB is stuck at 139 MHz. During load it stays at 139, GPU load goes to 99,99%, power usage stays arround 35W and temperatures of GPU 30 degrees C. Those are readings from GPU-Z. Other similar software shows the same readings.
