WebHere's my list of reasons why: The company has a lot of negative impact policies. I mean a lot of them. They are not above locking you in the store at night time (highly illegal/against fire code), they pay very poor wages, they persistently enact policies that violate wage laws and are sued for it pretty often, etc. WebPeople may like working because they like to feel they have purpose, are productive, and contribute to something bigger than them. ... I worry that if things don’t work out I’ll have to do it forever. I really can’t face that. So that’s my motivation.
