WebbTHERAPEUTIC & SUPERVISED VISITATION The Toby Center forms partnerships with community and faith-based organizations to provide family-friendly locations to conduct supervised visits and also neutral drop off and pick up locations as well. Our locations provide trained family monitors who are knowledgeable and compassionate. WebbSupervision of Visitation Supervision of individual visits is billed at an hourly rate between $35 and $65 that is calculated based on the income of the non-custodial parent. An additional $10 per hour is added for each additional child included in the visit. Rates are doubled if the visit is scheduled on a holiday. Intake Interview
